Modern educational concepts are constantly placing new demands on the learning environment - not least due to the increasingly heterogeneous composition of learning groups. Unlike in conventional classrooms, children of different age groups are increasingly learning together. Particularly in primary and all-day schools, this results in enormous differences in body size.

The learning concept of teaching at eye level is on the rise. It is particularly important for such a concept that all learners can actually meet at the same level. Until now, height-adjustable furniture has often been used to accommodate differences in height, but the differences in height remain if the tables and chairs are at different heights.

The A2S footrest chair was specially developed to enable young and old to learn together at eye level. Thanks to the tool-free, simple adjustment of the footrest, everyone from school beginners to teachers can sit comfortably at the same table.

Different seat shell sizes and adjustment levels for the footrest mean that a healthy and comfortable sitting position can be quickly and easily created for all children - so nothing gets in the way of learning at eye level.

THE FOOTREST CHAIR

Get everyone round the table.

The footrest of this chair can be conveniently and safely adjusted to the right height with just one movement. The brackets prevent the footrest from tilting or being removed. This makes it possible for different age groups to work together at a standardised table height of 76 cm.

All mechanical parts are securely concealed and the durable material of the rest is resistant to moisture and dirt from shoes. Special floor protectors also prevent the chair from tipping over.

The footrest chair is optionally available with PAGHOLZ® or FLEX seat shell. With its two different basic sizes, it creates the best starting point for cross-grade learning.
